Terms of Service
Last updated June 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using VivoSeq (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is currently offered free of charge while in beta.
2. What VivoSeq is
VivoSeq aggregates and synthesizes biopharma pipeline intelligence from public data sources, including ClinicalTrials.gov, the U.S. FDA, the U.S. SEC (EDGAR), PubMed, and the USPTO. It is an informational research tool, not a system of record.
3. Not professional advice
VivoSeq does not provide medical, clinical, legal, investment, or financial advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to make any medical decision or to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always consult a qualified professional and verify against primary sources before acting.
4. Data accuracy
We work to keep data accurate and current, including automated quality checks, but the underlying public sources contain errors, omissions, and delays, and our derived metrics are estimates. The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping at scale, attempting to breach security, reverse-engineering, reselling the data, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
Underlying facts are sourced from public databases under their respective terms (e.g., ClinicalTrials.gov is public domain; ChEMBL is licensed CC BY-SA). VivoSeq’s presentation, design, synthesis, and calculated metrics are the property of VivoSeq.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VivoSeq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
