Dostarlimab is used to treat certain types of cancer, specifically endometrial cancer (cancer of the uterus lining) that has a specific genetic marker called mismatch repair deficiency. It works by helping the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells.[1] Jemperli is currently being investigated across 30 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
