This medication is a personalized cancer treatment made from your own immune cells. It is used to treat melanoma (a type of skin cancer) that has spread to other parts of the body or cannot be surgically removed and hasn't responded to other treatments. The drug works by boosting your body's natural immune system to attack and destroy cancer cells.[1] Amtagvi is currently being investigated across 6 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
