Nintedanib is used to treat certain types of lung disease, particularly idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, where the lungs become scarred and stiff over time, making it harder to breathe. It works by slowing down the progression of the disease.[2] Ofev is currently approved and in use across 56 indications[4].[1]
