Pamiparib is used to treat certain types of cancer, particularly ovarian cancer, by blocking a protein that helps cancer cells repair DNA damage. It works best in patients whose cancer cells have specific genetic mutations (BRCA mutations).[1] Pamiparib is currently being investigated across 11 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
Pamiparib is one of 277 small molecule programs targeting Carcinosarcoma. It is currently in Phase 3.
