Pegaspargase is used to treat certain types of blood cancer, particularly acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), by helping to kill cancer cells. It works by depleting an amino acid that leukemia cells need to survive.[1] Oncaspar is currently being investigated across 13 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
