Dexamethasone sodium phosphate is a steroid medication used to reduce inflammation and suppress the immune system in conditions like severe allergies, autoimmune diseases, certain cancers, and to reduce brain swelling. It can also be used to prevent nausea from chemotherapy and to treat adrenal gland insufficiency.[1] Decadron is currently being investigated across 62 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
