Pevonedistat is used to treat certain types of blood cancers, particularly myelodysplastic syndromes. It works by helping the body's immune system destroy cancer cells that have become resistant to other treatments.[1] Peony is currently being investigated across 15 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
