This medication is used to treat a specific type of blood cancer called non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. It works by using the patient's own immune cells, which are collected and specially modified to recognize and attack cancer cells.[1] Yescarta is currently being investigated across 12 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 2.[1]
Yescarta is one of 280 cell therapy programs targeting Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. It is currently in Phase 2.
