Efgartigimod is used to treat generalized myasthenia gravis, a condition where the immune system attacks muscles and causes weakness and fatigue. It works by reducing harmful antibodies that interfere with muscle function.[1] Vyvgart is currently being investigated across 13 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]

Vyvgart is one of 239 antibody fragment programs targeting Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy. It is currently in Phase 3.
