Enfortumab vedotin is used to treat advanced bladder cancer (urothelial carcinoma) in patients who have already received other treatments. It works by delivering a cancer-killing toxin directly to cancer cells.[1] Padcev is currently being investigated across 22 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
