Pertuzumab is used to treat certain types of breast cancer, particularly HER2-positive breast cancers. It works by blocking a protein that helps cancer cells grow and survive.[1] Perjeta is currently being investigated across 29 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
