Tremelimumab is used to treat certain types of cancer, particularly mesothelioma and hepatocellular carcinoma, by helping the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells. It works by removing the brakes on immune cells so they can fight the cancer more effectively.[1] Imjudo is currently being investigated across 62 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
