Alisertib is used to treat certain types of cancer, particularly a blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma. It works by blocking a protein that helps cancer cells divide and grow.[1] Alisertib is currently being investigated across 33 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
