Lexiscan

(Regadenoson)

ApprovedSmall molecule

Regadenoson is used during stress testing of the heart in patients who cannot exercise on a treadmill; it simulates the effects of exercise on the heart to help doctors see if blood flow to the heart muscle is adequate.[2] Lexiscan is currently approved and in use across 16 indications[4].[1]
