Busulfan is used to treat certain blood cancers, particularly chronic myeloid leukemia, and is also used to prepare patients for bone marrow or stem cell transplants by destroying cancer cells and suppressing the immune system.[2] Busulfex is currently approved and in use across 85 indications[4].[1]
