Irinotecan is a chemotherapy drug used to treat certain types of cancer, particularly colorectal cancer and sometimes lung or ovarian cancer. It works by damaging cancer cells' DNA to stop them from growing and dividing.[2] Camptosar is currently approved and in use across 17 indications[4].[1]
