Propranolol is used to treat high blood pressure, heart conditions, and to reduce the physical symptoms of anxiety like trembling and rapid heartbeat. It can also be used to prevent migraines and reduce the risk of heart problems after a heart attack.[1] Inderal is currently being investigated across 15 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
