Palifermin is used to reduce severe mouth sores and damage to the inside of the mouth in cancer patients receiving high-dose chemotherapy or radiation therapy before a stem cell transplant.[1] Kepivance is currently being investigated across 29 indications[3], with its most advanced program in Phase 3.[1]
